Yes. Once you book, your pandit shares a video link for the muhurat. Family members in India and abroad can join the same live session — everyone participates in mantras, sankalp, and aarti together.
What if I can't find tulsi or pure ghee in my country?
Your pandit provides a samagri list with locally available substitutes before the ceremony. Divine Center support can also suggest Indian grocery stores or online suppliers in your region.
Is an online Satyanarayan katha spiritually valid when I'm not physically present?
Yes. When performed by a qualified Acharya with proper sankalp, mantras, and your participation via video, online pujas carry the same spiritual merit. Many shastras acknowledge remote sankalp for devotees unable to attend in person.
Can I pay in USD or GBP, or only INR?
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay in INR. International cards are accepted, so you can pay from abroad using your local debit or credit card — the amount converts at the prevailing rate.
Who handles the video call setup — Zoom, Meet, or WhatsApp?
You and your pandit agree on the platform during booking. Most Acharyas support Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp video. The pandit sends the link before the muhurat.
Can a relative in India perform the physical offerings while I join remotely?
Absolutely. This is common for NRI families — a relative in India handles the kalash, aarti lamp, and prasad while you join via video, follow mantras, and participate in sankalp from abroad.
